Warda joins AVP as a General Partner on the late-stage fund in Paris leading investment efforts across Europe. Warda joins from OMERS Growth Equity where she led investments in Coveo, TouchBistro, PandaDoc, Gitlab, Clio, FairMarkit, Celigo, Imply Data and Phenom.

Previously, Warda worked in public markets at CPP Investments and Point72 Asset Management. She started her career at Bain & Company and Deutsche Bank in London. She holds a BESc in Mechanical Engineering and HBA in Business Administration from Western University and the Richard Ivey School of Business.

Warda also holds an MSc in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford and is a Kauffman Fellow.
