Modern Message, a multifamily resident engagement solution for property management companies has been acquired by public company RealPage, provider of software and data analytics to the real estate industry and is the first exit of the Early stage I fund.

Established in 2012, Modern Message has been the developer of Community Rewards, a resident rewards program that encourages residents to spread the word about their apartment community across social media. AVP led the $2m Séries A in 2017.
