The marketplace for the Gig economy

Tech platform

Jobble enables companies recruit and manage (plan shifts, pay) gig economy workers.

Jobble has developed a technology platform that allows the company to cost-effectively source gig workers and provide customers flexibility to pay based on metrics that are appropriate to their business (e.g gig workers who sign up to drive for Uber, those who click on a job listing, those who submit to a background check) and can adjust its pricing based on gig workers activity. Jobble puts the power of recruiting and managing an on-demand workforce in the hands of companies and agencies. You get the operational efficiencies of a staff management platform plus a professional and vetted on-demand workforce, with ratings and reviews by former employers. In just a few clicks you can handpick a workforce that best fits your needs, control costs, and manage operations.

Jobble is the gig economy marketplace, bringing together major employers and hundreds of thousands of Jobblers onto a single platform. The gig economy already represents a major component of the U.S. workforce and it is forecasted to grow dramatically in the years to come. By 2020 there will be 80M gig economy workers in the US.

As more Americans take on employment from the likes of Uber and Airbnb, this type of work is becoming integral to Americans’ livelihoods, and the importance of tracking it increases.
Gig workers currently make up anywhere from 4% to nearly 40% of the U.S. workforce, depending on individual study definitions (illustrated in the chart below), but most research indicates that at least 25% of the U.S. workforce participates in the gig economy.
