Aniela joined AXA Venture Partners as an Associate in Paris focused on growth equity investments.

Prior to joining AVP, Aniela successfully launched a Coliving startup called Homies. Aniela started her career in 2016, in the Mergers and Acquisitions department at Rothschild & Co in Paris advising companies across a diverse range of sectors. She also completed an internship in the investment team at Raise in Paris.

Aniela is French Colombian and speaks French, English and Spanish. In her free time, she enjoys travelling around the world, practising yoga and horse riding.

Aniela holds a degree from EDHEC Business School.
